Just came in from some last minute scouting. I have a week to hunt yet. I started to think. I have been here on Trad Gang a number of years now. Over those years I have spoke to and met many, many new Buds. Quite a few that I have hunted with too. If I started a list I would even be afraid to leave someone out. The largest group of new Buds I have met threw our January Winter Bow drives here in Jersey. Let me see if I can make a list up. There's: Mike bamboo here, Joe Skipp. Scott southpaw, Alex B, Larry Recurve 50lbs, Mike MCGroundstalker, Patrick pdk,KME RON The Sharpster, Retired school teacher Dave hilow, deadsimple Vaughn, Jerry Jeffer,Pete non typical are the ones I remember off hand. I know there are more I will add to the list. Vince from Mohawk bows is one I hope to hunt with some day. Gator Mitchell never met but speak to many times. Almost forgot Roy MUDD. People I'm glad to call Buds! How about you Folks?

Forgot Cyclic-Rivers Charlie       :biglaugh:     We shot together at Whittingham. Plus Rob DiStefano. Fred 1/4 away.

I've met very few who I didn't already know (and only 3-5 of those).  I have a "gang" of my own (friends, son, brothers, grandsons, etc) that I hunt with so to hunt outside my circle would require that I neglect those close too me.

I have to admit though that some of the exotic group hunts I read about here, especially javelina and bear, are enticing.

I do count a few who I've bought and traded with as friends though.

Jerry Jeffer

Almost everyone I shoot with now, which is very similar to your list Tom. I could add Ron Cunfer and his son Nate, They have invited me for many stumping adventures along with Dale. All great folks for sure.
I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.

Whoa! Plus all the ones I have bought bows off of or sold bows too. Again too many to list!     :goldtooth:

I've been lucky, they come to see me!! The lease lures guys in like crazy, many come every year and have become close friends!!

When trad guys show up with great ethics and manners, how can they not be friends!!
Stay sharp, Kenny.

I can't imagine how long it would take me to type all the names of everyone I've met through TradGang!!! Heck I've even met McGroundstalker.

I would like to mention that they all have been worth meeting.

I'm with Bretto I couldn't put such a huge list together of those I have met and those I have not but will some day have the privilege to meet.

I couldn't even begin to list them all.  I met 80 just on a rabbit hunt alone in '10!! met a bunch on Bear Quest 6.  I don't do 3D shoots or haven't been to a Trad show, so its here where I got to know them.  I concider each and every one a good friend.  EVERY one knows Mikey Mcgroundstalker and Cyclic-Rivers Charlie!!!

It's cool when you get to put a face with a guy you feel like you already know from Trad Gang!

There are quite a few I have met and would like to hunt with,  but the one that stands out is a boyhood friend.
I last saw Kendall Techau in about 1966.  I was very surprised to see him post here one day.  We had a good time reacquainting here via Tradgang.

Not much of a chance that I ever should run into one of you guys .But I must say, after just a few weeks on tradgang, I can tell it's easy to make friends here. Not wanting to single anybody out, I must say Kirk stands out as an amazing guy, with his helpful and unselfish manner. A good man, indeed. That said, everybody I've been in contact with here seems to be straight up people, always ready to assist a fellow archer.

I have been honored to meet a few of the good people that are on Tradgang.  Some that I enjoy their posts and would like to meet sometime are Mudd, Killdeer, Pavan, and Bisch.

I've met so many people I can call friends through this site that I'm not even gonna try to list all of them. One of the best things about running my bear camp and advertising here is that I get to put many faces to the posts. Really,,, getting to shoot bows all day, share campfires, and have bowhunting adventures together solidifies the friendships established here. Love this place!!
