Left out and replenished as needed all year long they will visit. Over the winter with ice and water it pushs into ground and is ripe for the spring.

Spring and summer they burn it up at least in my bush they do.

Good luck

I put out lucky buck from January - August. I use a small hand held tiller and till up the dirt, dump it in, mix and call it good. The deer love it.

I usually put out a 50# block now then another in late spring.

Its against the law here but check out:

Real Deal Mineral.

It started as a garage operation and now is booming. Hes a friend of my little brothers.

The number of 130+ inch bucks quadrupled on our farm in WI the last 2 years.

You will see some of my pictures on his website.

Get it out there now... We usually freshen some in the spring and once again late summer.
Relax,

You'll live longer!

I always start the end of feb bust the ground up a little pour 50# bag of trace mineral so the spring rains soak it into the ground good then come back with a trace mineral block on top to keep it good and fresh throughout the summer
