I never thought I'd like to hunt 'em until I saw Bill Langer kill one on film.  I've wanted to do it since.!

I had heard that it is one of the best game meats, and after trying it I agree that it is.  Apparently, mtn lion is a carrier of trichinosis (sp?) so cook it through.
