2015 Bunny Bash---Bunny Down!

The first Bunny Bash of 2015 has come and gone...11 one-string-guitar players showed up for a perfect day; 40 degrees, and Rabbits were running everywhere (and at least as many arrows!)...One guy (mentioning no names

) had 10 shots!!! Great food, drinks, and conversation...THANKS to everyone who showed; Next one is February 7th & 8th...

Many thanks to Don for hosting this popular event!! There were many bunnies to keep everyone's interest all day long. I went one for one(one arrow shot, one arrow lost). Maybe someone kept track of shots taken. I bet it was over 50. There is however one less bunny for the next hunt. Good shooting Josia!!

Had to have been a great day. Beagles and Bows.

I'm going to try it tomorrow with a couple of 8 month old beagles. It will be fun no matter what happens.

Yesterday I was out with a couple buds. we saw about 25 and i even missed 2. Most times however, I was tangled up pretty good and shooting was not an option.

We clobbered them two years ago. This drought is working against our game of all species. Rabbit population just dropped here in NV. I hunted out by Spring Green when I went to UW. Loved the river bottoms

Thanks, Don, for the hospitality. Enjoyed the gang and the opportunity to get Ruby the beagle on some bunnies. She had fun, too, and maybe learned something from the other dogs. Great shot by Josiah.

I am using my nephew's computer, but it is me. don kauss----->the bacon was EXCELLENT Kevin!!! My kids were fighting over it...you guys are all welcome, and I can't wait til the next one on the 7/8th of February...
