Hill style bows. Think I've been bit. Longing for something simpler, quieter. Just wondering out loud.   :campfire:

SAVIOUR68

I don't ever recall seeing a post of any sort on a hill style bow on this site before    :bigsmyl:

Guilty.....and Saviour's right, nobody like that around here.     :dunno:

Ha Ha, believe I've read the Hill threads till my eyes bleed!!! Just wondering if there were any that shot Hill style bows only.

SAVIOUR68

Davey I am like you I LOVE THEM ALL, I too go through phases of liking a certain style bow and at one time shoot hill bows only for a short while.
I haven't had many trad bows I didn't like.
Keep us posted on what bow your testing .

WESTBROOK

Thats all I shoot anymore, got some short curvy bows on the rack that have a thick coat of dust on them now.

What is your string preference, FF or Dacron?

nineworlds9

Dude, the HILL BUG thread??? Helloooo???   ;)   :D

LOL.  I'm like Savior', I enjoy all styles of bows if made and designed well.

--->Fastflight material hands down, it deadens the bump significantly on many Hill bows.

I will gladly burn rolls of Dacron for free if anyone wants to send me some LOL.  Then again it makes good nock point material!

ASLs float like a butterfly, sting like Bee, ASLs LIVE!  ..OE

WESTBROOK

Davey, FF for me, good old D97 makes a fine string. I try Dacron every once in a while, maybe one of these times it'll stick. Like Nine9 said, it makes a fine nock point.
