Condolences to one of our own

We trad shooters / hunters are a unique bunch. A current thread is highlighting and celebrating the writings of various authors related to traditional archery, hunting, conservation and philosophy.

I read a news release yesterday morning about the death of Don Thomas' mother. I only met Don very briefly at a Colorado Traditional Archery Society Banquet. I've always enjoyed Don's writings and insight / philosophy of life and hunting and I always save his articles in Traditional Bowhunter, for last.

I have a friend who received a bone marrow transplant last year and is now doing very well in his fight against luekemia. I had no idea where the bone marrow transplant process came from. Many thanks to Dr. and Mrs Thomas.
