My son and I were lucky enough to fill our tags this year. My son took his first elk with a 40# longbow and cedar arrow at 6 yards. I shot my elk with a 1956 Kodiak at 5 yards.

Wow very cool, we r going on our first elk hunt in 2015 hope we can have half the success if you guys. Congrats!!
