I paid 1350 for one last summer and then turned down an offer for 1500. Sold it a few months ago for a lot less than I paid. They are selling for a lot less now. If you can get 1000 for a used one these days you had better take it. They are only going to get cheaper as the wait time gets shorter.

I have one that is worth $1000 and another that is worth $2500.  I'm positive mine are worth that much cause that's how much it would take for someone to buy them.  Course, I guess someone else could have a different perspective on their value.

John, send me $3500 and you will have bought 2 of them for exactly what they are worth.  :biglaugh:

Mine is in the works right now and it's worth full retail to me or I wouldn't be buying it. I couldn't and can't find a used one in the poundage/configuration I want so I got on the list some time ago. The wood riser A&H ACS CX is one of the finest bows I've ever had the pleasure to shoot. Hopefully, mine will shoot as good as the model I fell in love with.

Was that the $2500 one or the $1000 dollar one Greg?   :p

It's funny...when you are buying a bow it is always worth LESS than the price, but if you are selling it is always worth MORE!

You shot the $2500 bow JC.  Now you can tell folks you have shot a $2500 longbow.  :biglaugh:

Bows are like cars and boats..........lookers always find them for less! LOL!!

I sold a 62" 52#@28 Bacote riser, A&H roll-up case, and a Boa small fry that matched. Sold it to a friend for $900 .....Thought it was a Fair price.....Bow and extras were in great codition.

How deep are your pockets, when comes to your hobby's. I think $900 for any A&H is fair price  new or used.

I have never bought or owned one but lurk on the classified pages quite a bit.

I'd say going price good to excellent condition: $800 - $1,000

The last real expensive one I saw trade here went for $1,800 but it was mint, included two sets of limbs, at least one set had been snake skinned, extra strings, and a soft case.

BTW - whatever Vermonster13 PM'd you is probably good info.  That fellow is on the classified page ALL the time and is unbelievably quick in responding to the best, and "hard to find" bows.  He knows the market.

i'd say one would'nt be worth more than a new treadway built to the spec's you want.just my cent's worth from an ole frugal mountain boy.like snag said, the one you missed was at least a 12 pointer, but the one you brung home was a good 6 pointer.i'm outa here.best regards to all.robert  :campfire:    :coffee:
'TGMM FAMILY of THE BOW"at 211 degrees water is hot.at 212 it boils and cause's steam, which can run a locomotive.is it worth that one extra ounce of effort to finish first, the difference between good and great?
