I'm shooting a 59 pound Whippenstick RD longbow at my 30 inch draw. 31 inch arrow with 200 grain point. 400 or 340?  Thanks.  Bill

I do not have any experience with the Centershot arrows, but at that length, point weight, and draw weight, I would bet you need to go with the .340.

Also, if your point weight is specific (i.e. - you already have broadheads and you don't want to change), you should let tuning determine the final lehgth of the shaft. If you just cut them off at 31" and throw a 200gr point on them, chances are they will not be perfect, even if you have used a different shaft labeled with the same spine.

With that combo, I would think either one...but favor 340 since it's that long and with 200 pt.

The proof is tasting.

60 lbs ACS long bow at my 30" draw. It's cut 3/16 past center. Had to cut 340 Easton ACCs to 30.25" with 200 gn point and 23 gn insert.
