I thought I hhad heard at some point that the original snuffers were being made again?  I think they were 160 grain glue ons?  Anyone know if this is true?

Dave, check out Thunder Valley Archery's website I believe they own the rights to manufacture the Snuffers now.

Were the originals actually heavier/bigger?

If memory serves me right the originals were big, wide and about 160 grain glue on (so almost 200 grain with adapters).  Over the years they slimmer down the profile and went to 125 - 150 grain screw in models.

The originals were 160 gr glue-on. I still have 6 that I bought directly from Roger when he was in business making them. Great deer heads -- big, and easy to get razor sharp. They make a big hole.
