Just wondering if anybody has used this brand of treestand before?

I dont need nor can I afford a Lonewolf, and Hawk seems to be a good quality company with reasonably priced stands and sticks

From what I've heard, they're a company that restarted the well-loved Gorrila brand of treestands with some new innovations. I've been giving the Helium a serious look as a stand for bringing in and out of public land.

That one caught my eye as well. I dont need a bunch of stands as I hunt public and take them with me each sit. Portability is key forme

I have their steps and if their stands are as good as their steps I'm all for them.

I was actually looking at some yesterday. The first time I had seen them. They do appear to be made in the same design as the old gorilla (which I have an old climber that is solid). Seem to be very well made and light weight. Excellent price point as well.

I checked out thier hang on steel stand tonight.It looked very well made and came with a super nice foam seat.It weighed 17 pounds.They had an aluminum one that was 10.5 pounds.I checked it out pretty well and it looked rock solid.The steel one was 80$ and aluminum was 120$.I have have bought one if I had the cash.A very good value from what I could see.

I bought a Hawk Combat this year and it was worth the money. Very comfy. It's also very quiet!! The only gripe I have is even though the seat is really comfortable, if you want to fold the seat up when standing to take a shot, it doesn't want to stay up and you kinda have to hold your leg against it because the seat pad is so thick. I did a sit one night without the seat pad and it was not to bad!! Probably not good enough for a all day sit though.

Hi Joe,

Are you using the Helium sticks? Would be interested to hear your feedback, especially if you've tried other brands (e.g. Lone Wolf, Muddy, etc). Thanks!

can you tighten the bolts on the side or add more shims so its tight at the hinge and stays up?
