For those of you shooting a metal rise ILF, what is your favorite rest?

The only one I've had that had rest holes I tried a centerest flipper and it worked fine.  I have a Buffalo that is pseudo-ILF (formula limbs), but it is made to shoot off the shelf, with no holes.  I've never tried a plunger set-up.

I have a TRAP feather rest on my Titan III riser. Love it. A Black Bear warf came with a springy. Don't love it and am going to change it.

I used velcro as a rest and calf hair as a strike plate.  I liked this set up with my riser.  I also tried a few others, but came back to shooting off the shelf.

Stone Knife

When I had my Titan I used a nap flipper II rest with a walmart felt chair leg pad as a side plate, worked awesome.

I have a Strickland plunger rest that I have been using extensively. I like it because it eliminates the degradable part of the button and it is much more compact that a Beiter style plunger.

On my metal ILF riser bows I use a magnetic flipper with a plunger.I can shoot vanes or feathers easily with this set-up.

Another vote for the NAP center rest. You can shoot vanes or feathers depending on weather conditions.

BRIARS

I use AAE T300 flipper with a plunger button. On my black bear warf. Works great.

Gen 2 Morrison, velcro with a plunger.
