Just finished this one up in Carbon Fiber and Phenolic.

-62" 41#@28"
-Black Phenolic Riser
-Carbon Fiber Back & Black Fiberglass Belly
-Bamboo Core

What do ya' think?!?   :thumbsup:

Awesome looking bow. I think the black riser and limbs really gives a slick and clean look to a bow. Do you notice much of a performance difference using carbon limbs? I got an all wood version with some beautiful myrtle burl limbs that is a performer. Great work as always Cody!

Excellent work! There's not many Bowyers that build an all phenolic riser. I had one built for me ten years ago. Black phenolic riser, brown leather grip, black glass over walnut back and clear glass over figured shedua belly. Its going in the casket with me.

That is one good looking bow.
Like ejhorstick, I'm wondering how the bamboo/carbon performs as opposed to the regular bamboo with veneers.

I'm getting a few more fps.  This is the 3rd one I have built with the carbon fiber backing and they all are about 2-5 fps faster then my all glass version.

With a 10 gpp arrow at 28" draw I'm getting right around 185 fps.

Wow that is super sharp. Love both the phenolic and that carbon fiber. That's way up there in the cool factor. Lol
