I've been dreaming about a custom bow, and I have noticed I love bows with black glass, micarta, or phenolic, and gray action wood or even ebony.

I also love osage.  We have a ton of osage on my farm, and I just think it makes beautiful bows.

My question is would anyone have or be able to post any pics of a bow that has osage and some black/gray in it?

There have been several posts about Dryad risers with osage and ebony . There are photos of a couple real beauties on thier website. Search here or google images for take down recurve osage ..several bowyers are using osage and either ebony, black actionwoord  or phenolic with really striking results.

BTW, Mike and Jason Westvang and John Harvard at Dryad  make one heckuva bow, as many folks here will attest.
