Just wondering if I can honestly say I got a Vintage bow Buck kill....

Bow is a 1970? Bear Grizzly  56"..I think the 56" puts it at 1970.

Buck...well it has some tiny nubs...lol

...might be pushing the envelope on all counts..lol

Either way I'm happy as heck to have this one down.
I struck out last year.

Took this one from the ground at about 13 yds.
I was shooting down hill quite a bit while it was walking away.
Shot was still high and found the spine close to the shoulders.

Nice! I got a bow just like that I'm using this year, best shooting bow I've ever tried.  Hoping this weekend I can put one down too.  Congrats!

OK if no one else asks... What happened to his hoof?

Way to go. I want to know about the hook also.   looks just like it laid on it and got bloody.
You can hop but you can't hide.
If it was not for rabbits I would never get a buck.

lol...didn't notice till now how weird that looked....I don't know how to pose for photos I guess.

Nothing weird with the hoof though.
Just has some blood on it and is bent.
Happens to be bent under the bow.
