This video is from a Michigan Upper Peninsula TV show called "Discovering" that was taped a year ago. It's not totally traditional archery but it has a good segment that was taped at our Shrew Haven deer camp with comments from all of the guys that come up there every year.

It's time for our annual trek to Shrew Haven again in 2014. To that oasis in the northern woods where we drink deep of it's healing waters....until we come to this place again.

Good luck guys at camp this year.  We lost a lot of deer in this part of the country last winter.  I have had many hunts this fall with no sightings including two of three days this past weekend.

I saw that clip last year while up there during our gun season, it is a great video, and pays great respect to your camp and all of those that have come before it, and shows the great respect and tradition that we all share as brothers and sisters in the hunting world.  

(P.S. the very next morning I had a wolf at 26 paces, knowing the reverence you have for them I thought it was very fitting, thanks Ron.)

John, I know last winter hit the deer hard up there    :(   C.O. Dave's son saw what he said was the "biggest buck he's ever seen" early in the season on our property, we recently bought another 40 acres ajoining our land so we've got 440 acres now.  

Also one of the guys that hunted the first week said he saw a really nice 10pt. and a big 8pt.in the same area that Daves son saw the big one. So we know there's a couple dandy bucks to watch for...
