First deer with my new Tall Tines this am.  She milled around my stand for a few minutes before stopping at about 8 steps but about the time I hit full draw I noticed she wasn't quite as broadside as I would like so I passed the shot then a few steps later she stopped and was ever so slightly quartering way at about 11 steps.  I drew, anchored, picked a spot and noticed a orange nock was sticking out her side.  she made it about 75-80 yards.  Also my first Kill with a bear Razorhead but somewhere between the scene of the shot to the end of the trail she broke my arrow and I lost the front 3/4 and the Razorhead,  Oh well it's joined the other 10,000 that's lost in the woods.

Never question a man's choice in bows or the quality of an animal he kills.  He is the only one who has to be satisfied with either of those choices.

I see pics on my end?  I'll send them to someone else to post if they would be so kind.

There are many many Bear Razorheads lost in the woods, several of them formerly mine.  I still have a few and love and use them, but will probably not use them after I lose all these as they have escalated beyond my practical price threshold.  They work very well with 5/16" dowel arrows and shortish selfbows.  I will miss them when they are gone.

Congrats to you!! Good way to lose it.  But I bet if you just re trace the blood trail nice and slow you'll happen upon it..

Great job!!

Look several feet each side of trail, sometimes they flip out quite a ways when they break!
Stay sharp, Kenny.
