Thunder Child that is. Man am I stocked. It is everthing I've heard and more. It was a long wait, so long in fact I had forgotten I had ordered it. LOL But, it was worth the wait. Big Jim did a great job and it was just what I wanted. The only problem now I need new arrows. Ah man! it's the same weight
as my other long bows. But, the power stroke is so much different, almost like a recurve, my arrows for the other bows want work.  With my brace height at max they're close but still a little weak. I changed my points to 100 gr and they were fine, but I want to use 125 gr. They still fly good with the 125s but bare shafts are weak. Thanks Big Jim!!

Congrats on your bow, and you really don't need an excuse to buy new arrows:-)

Man, how in the world do you forget you ordered a new bow!?  Seriously, I mean, maybe it's a touch of sickness, but barely a day goes by that I do not peruse the Caribow website while I patiently sit and wait for delivery of my new takedown featherhorn.

A beauty.  They are GREAT little bows.  Shot one of my highest 3D scores ever with one, blew me away.  I'm a fan for life.

V.I. Ya I know knd of sad you forget you've ordered a custom bow. But, I had a lot going on this year. I lost my MOM and older brother this year. I was over my MOM's estate so I've been preoccupied most of the year. Then put work and family in the mix, well things happen. I really didn't total forget, but it wasn't on my mind every day either. But man was it worth the wait. I'm sure I'll own at least one more.

The TC is one of the best mannered, easiest bows I've ever shot.  Whoever said short bows are less forgiving never shot a TC.

gringol, you are right own. This is the first bow I've owned this short. I was a little worried because I ordered one without having shot one. But, I loved the design and looks of the bow and I wanted to try something shorter. I've only had it for a couple of days, but I can tell you this it's a shooter.

Beauty of a bow! BigJim has some great quality bows and customer service. Don't know why it took me so long to find out!   :D
