How does the current production Super Kodiak bows compare to Hunters Niche (Pittsley) Predators?

Pros, cons, similarities, differences, performance, etc, etc appreciated.

I own a Predator Classic but have never handled a Super Kodiak.

Thanks for weighing in, Skychief.

Never handled a Predator but have had a Super Kodiak and the Kodiak is a nice bow

They both shoot very nice. I will give a slight edge to Predator. To me, it seems a bit smoother, and bit faster as well. Don't believe you can go wrong with either.

Not sure on the Predator.  But my go to bow is my 2012 Grayling Green Super Kodiak 50# @ 28".  I love it.  I shoot it the most out of 3 Bears I have.

I have had both at the same time. Draw weights were totally different, SK was 55@28 and Predator was 65@28. I sold the SK and had the weight reduced on the Predator. Grips are really different, Predator has a really low cut shelf and palm filling grip, and it also has more physical mass which I like. Personally, I like the Predator better, although the new phenolic superK is awfully appealing.

I have had both.  The Predator is tops in my book.

Pointer

I prefer the Kodiak in a 64" length. Its a bit smoother at my draw and I also like the grip better than the Predator grip

I have both, they are both excellent bows -- I prefer the predator, just as quiet and better performance.
