Actually its my first two longbow kills....I shot my 1st ever trad deer last weekend...and now my second last night. Been shooting trad for a few years..but not full time due to some flaws in my shooting. I knew I was left eye dominant and finally decided to make the switch to left handed earlier this year. And boy did it pay off....I am shooting better than ever before. The pics arent the best....just iphone shots...but I am a proud hunter to say the least. Setup is a Bear Montana longbow..40@28..easton 1816's with a 125 grain 2 blade magnus stinger riding on the front.

Shot her last weekend

Shot this one last night

I guess if we run into the bear that is making these tracks, we oughta just get off the trail.......He seems to like it!

In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Nice work and congratulations!  My first trad-kill was with a Bear Montana as well - solid bow.
For we did not follow cleverly contrived myths when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ; instead, we were eyewitnesses of His majesty.
