Can anyone recommend a good quality split finger tab that is comfortable and lasts a while I am shooting a cheaper horsehair thin tab and it's wearing out quick and after a couple rounds your fingers can feel it

Bateman cordovan.  Rocky Mtn Specialty Gear sells them. Probably others sell them as well but that is where I got mine from.

I rather like the Black Widow calf hair tab. Nice feel on the string and smooth release.  If I were shooting 60# or more, I'd get the heavier leather version.  Don't know if it's cordovan, but very nice.

x2 on the Bateman Cordovans. I have a 3-under version that I liked, but I switched back to split and just bought the split version. I like it just as much. I read somewhere on here that if you order direct from Bateman, you can specify the thickness. I can't confirm that, but I'm very happy with the two I've used.

I like the Fred Eichler tab Bateman produces with the integral finger loop. I think they sell it without the signature if it bothers you.

I found that making my own worked just fine. Trace yours out on a piece of cordovan leather it will last forever.

Cordovan is the best tab I've ever used...

I'm a fan of the Saunders Fab Tab. Just the one layer without the can't pinch spacer. Lasts until you lose it or the dog chews it up!

I have been using the neet tab for two years now and have no complaints.

Ditto on the Neet suggestion.  I like mine in cordovan.  Pretty easy on the wallet.  I could say that even if I didn't own an archery shop.
