My new Rainy Day bow arrived yesterday, took some pictures of it for everyone to see.  I told George I wanted the camo version of one of his creations and this is what he made for me.  Its #50 @27", dead quiet and really smokes an arrow in my opinion. I thought his bows would be a little heavier in the hand but I think its as light as many other bows I have handled.  Here are some pics of the bow.

Thanks guys, the bow shoots really well and is very quiet with no hand shock. The arrows that I used for my other bow shoot well from this bow as well, they are beeman classic 500 shafts that are cut to 29" with the 75grain brass inserts and a 150 grain zwickey 2 blade broadhead. I will try and get a video posted of me shooting the bow so you can see and hear how the bow shoots.

Rainy day???? Looks like a good everyday bow to me

Just to clarify, Rainy Day Bows are the name of the bows made by George Perez. If you are looking for that style of bow I would highly recommend you give George a call or email him. You can look him up in the sponsors under Rainy Day Bows.

Nice looking bow. I sure loved playing with the pass around bow a few years back, a little low poundage for me...but really moved a heavy arrow! I know you will have some fun with that beauty!   :archer:

I shot with George this weekend at Pedaluma , really nice guy to hangout with .Most of the people in the group were shooting his bows , longbows and recurves .I think they all did well .Rodney you are going to really like your bow.I like the way George does the camo limbs ,yours looks really nice .I know the more you shoot it the more you will like it .Lucky guy !If anyone needs a string ,he makes great strings too.

Rodney .  Thanks for posting some pictures . on your post you mention the bow felt light in your hand. actionwood I would call average in wood weight on the other hand dymondwood is heavier in my bows a dymondwood bow weighs about 3/4 of a pound more.

George
