Going to hunt  with my  first longbow a Robertson mystical  1980 I got it . It was my constant companion  but fell away to others. It's been hanging on the wall for a bit but shot it today and it said hey were you Been . Like shaking hands with a old friend . How about you guys  . Going back??

I'm going back with my very first custom longbow. I too have neglected it to other bows but this year it will be with me chasing whitetails!!

I'd love to go back to my original 65# Black Widow, that I got my first deer with in '88, and it's still hanging there on the wall because I can't bear to part with it, but I'm afraid that ain't gonna happen.

Dan,
I had my mind made up that it was going to be me and my Dorado this year, but after spending some time at Forksville this past weekend with my 21st Century the plans have changed.

I have to kill a deer with this bow  before I think about taking something else out. Good luck Dan.

                                        Good Shooting,

Not this year. I have an old John Dodge straight end longbow that I killed my first two big game animals with. I carried it when I lived in the bush, and shoot it off and on still.

A couple years back I carried it for the season, but had no opportunities.

The straight end longbow.

This year it's going to be my Qarbon Nano Q2, my Great Northern Lil' Creep, and a sweet Osage self bow I picked up at the Marshall Primitive shoot this past spring.
