I'm getting ready to order a new longbow and I need suggestions for some pretty wood combinations. I plan on using waterfall bubinga or snakewood for the limb veneer but I'm stuck on what sort of riser to get. I was thinking something along the lines of ebony or wenge with some sort of lighter colored accent stripe. What do you think? Pictures would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Darren

About a month ago I ordered a Turkey Creek...Doug's probably working on it by now. I ordered it to be similar to one he has pictured on his website. Bubinga riser with ebony saddle grip. The limb veneers are going to be curly aniegre. Here's a pic that I borrowed from Doug's site.
