well I ordered some steel force premium broadheads 125 grain. ..got them today and weighed them turns out they weigh only 119 grains....also got a pack of steel force traditional broadheads 125 grain single bevel. ..weighed them turns out they weigh 133 grains....have you guys ever ran into this why the weight variations now I am wondering how this is gonna effect my set up since it is tuned for 125 grain points....???

A 3x3 yellow post-it note weights 6.6 grains, I don't think you will notice.

Yes...there is variation amongst packs of BH's, often different than advertised, either way + or - grains.

You will not noticed the difference in your arrow setups given your scenario.  Arrow flight is more forgiving than that.

No worries!

Yep, I just got some 125 gr glue ons that had some variation, and after adding 100 gr adapters, they're between 218 and 235 gr. I'm a decent shot, but not good enough to tell a difference. However, all 4 BH tipped arrows in my quiver weigh exactly 228....that's the only 4 that matched exactly out of 12 :-)

If it bothers you that much, sharpen the heavy ones more.

There is no one shooting a traditional bow that can tell the difference shooting 8 grains in point weight.  Or 20.  Maybe a few 50...

#1.... Just like the argument over 3 or 4 fletch, or 4 inch vs 5 inch....you wont be able to shoot the difference.

#2....If you DO notice a difference, you are too borderline on your spine.
