Deer season comes in on August 15 here in SC. The weather over the last week has been pushing 100 degrees. We had a cold front come through on Sunday (the high was 85)so I spent some time in the woods. Here are the results!

My bow is a Zipper Nitro 64" Longbow 50#@29". the arrows are Carbon Express "predator" shafts with a 200 grain Grizzly Instinct Broadhead.

Great Shot Benjy.  I cant imaging hunting in 85 degree weather. But then again I live up in the arctic. lol.

Nice way to get things started!!  I cannot imagine hunting in that heat.  You all are better men than I that hunt down there.  Even the deer looks shaved with that SHORT hair.  Deer here in Michigan have 2-3" of hair come November.
