I can't seem to get enough helical on my jig. Anybody have one of these. So far I'm not very happy with this tool. I once had a bitz but it was stolen.

Its to my understing that it won't put a helical on micro diameter shafts like the axis but it should be fine for standard carbons.

So are your arrows tuned so badly that you need a lot of helical? I have shot broadheads with 2 inch fletch that flew fine. Not a lot of twist in 2 inches.

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

Paul_R

I have one and no it won't put much helical at all.

Paul you think it's the clamp or the body? Would a Bitz clamp help?

Paul_R

There's a big difference in the clamps. The bodies are pretty close.

The magnet on the Unifletcher is really weak compared to the bitz and the heavier bitz clamp flops around pretty easy, just so you know...
