New from Farr West Leather, the "Solo Hunter".
The Solo Hunter, is a single arrow bow quiver, it is designed to accomidate pretty much any 2 or 3 blade broadhead.
The materials are the same ones used in the Absorkee Quivers, so it is a heavy duty quiver made to last. The Solo Hunter is available in a 2 blade and a 3 blade configuration.

Two blade hood.

Three blade hood, center.
Will have these posted in the classifieds with more information tomorrow.
Thanks,
Tim

A TWO arrow 2 blade rig using an above and a below compartment and a piggy back arrow holder is the bomb!

Some guy on Tradgang made me one a few years ago (don't remember who) and I still use it.  I get a lot of grief from some of my buddies for carrying only two arrows   :bigsmyl:   , but I like the setup.

BTW, EXCELLENT craftsmanship as always Tim

Tim,

Can we get a close up of the bottom bracket and the attaching strap?  I might want to use one on Pigger during my brown bear hunt next month.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

How does the hood fit the long and narrow 2 blade BH's(3+ x 1+) such as Tuffheads or Grizz Kodiacs?
I like it and also would like a 2 arrow model.

awbowman

It really takes two models, one for 3X1 (or near it) heads and one for models like the Kodiak and treeshark type heads

Thank you all for the interest.

Walt, here is a picture of the bottom/arrow gripper part with explanations;

On the first few, the bracket is made out aluminum, after these are gone they will be made out of a plastic. The short piece of rubber is a cushion piece between the bracket, and the bow, tha attachment is done with cut down Great Northern straps.
There are to separate quiver hoods, one is for a two blade broadhead, it is long enough to accomidate the long grizzlies, and wide enough for the Simmons Sharks, anything inbetween is cake!  The other hood is for three blade broadheads, like the Woodsman, Snuffers, etc.  the bottom piece is the same for each hood.
Price: right now they are looking like they are going to go for $35.00 two blade model, $40.00 for the three blade model.
Would like to get a few more pictures before getting em on the classifieds. They aren't on the website or anywhere else, right now they are only here on Trad Gang!
Thanks,
Tim

For those that expressed interest in a 2 arrow quiver, finally got a bit of time this weekend and got one made up.  The 2 arrow Solo Hunter!

Because of a custom job I had to do for a friend, I have started doing the cross stitch, it dresses it up somewhat!  These quivers are made from the same quality leather  as my other quivers, and are available in buckskin, tan, light, medium, and dark brown.

Thanks,
Tim

Hello Tim,
Is there separation between the two broadheads in the two arrow sheath or do the two broadheads touch each other?

Thanks,

Rudy
It's a good day for something.
