Why do folks have to change a great product? I have been shooting the Neet pinch free super leather tabs for decades.  I just bought 2 more.  The new tabs are thicker and stiffer and I  do not shoot them as well.  Does anyone know where I can get some of the "old models", they have  the grayish colored backing.  Alternately, does anyone have a recommendation for a slick faced split faced tab with a finger spacer?
Thanks

This is the first one I'd check out. I recently picked on up on a recommendation from a friend and still on the fence about it, but only because I've always been a glove shooter. The cordovan surface is slick as can be and the product appears very well made.  http://www.3riversarchery.com/Cordovan+Leather+Shooting+Tab_i5088X_baseitem.html

You might try to remove the ca't pinch spacer, then carefully use a belt sander to thin it down.  I do this to mine.  It works for me

I bought one of the Bateman Cordovan 3-under tabs and really liked it. Meantime, I've tried going back to shooting split. I will definitely buy one of the Bateman tabs for split. Not expensive and I get a really clean release off that Cordovan. Plus, even after it gets broken in, it remains nice and slick. The surface just doesn't get chewed up.

That Bateman is a good tab but mine was so old and broke in that when I picked up a new one, which are STIFF, I can't seem to shoot the darn thing.    :dunno:

I like the neet calf hair. Very soft.

I am completely sold on Bateman tabs. This thread has me thinking I better order 1/2 dozen or so...

Well don't try Landcaster they are the new ones too. You can tell by the package. Small ziplock bags are the old ones. If you find them let me know where OK
