Been looking at 50's style recurves. Like the looks of the Killum. Anyone got any pics or first hand experience they could share?

I had a Killum for a while, if it had been just a bit lees poundage I would have kept it. Great bow to shoot and easy to tune......I liked it!
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

I had been shooting mostly recurves for many years and then got the longbow fever and I switched to straight limbed longbows. I really liked the straight grip. Then one day I got the chance to try a Killum. I really like the grip and it is quite a bit faster then any straight limbed longbow at the same weight. It is all that I shoot now. I'd actually like to find one 47 lbs. They don't come up in the classifieds too often though. I think , as always you should try before you buy, but I really like them.
