I've got a Bear Grizzly that I'd like to know the exact year of production.  It's the green/brown version and I've narrowed it down to 1972-1978.  

What specifics do you need to help me identify it?  It has the brown glass, made in Grayling, serial number starts with K, green tips, what else...

It is probably prior to 1977, I think in 77 they went to GR on the serial number.

Maybe 74-75........  

Unfortunately it's not possible to narrow it down to an exact year. It likely is somewhere from 73 to 76.

Its not a  72.

I agree  with the 73-76 guess.
