I'm sure this question gets asked a lot, I have a 52 pound recurve(unfortunately I don't remember the brand) I've had it for a while and eventually lost all the original arrows I had with it and all the arrows I have gotten since have not shot correctly, what arrow would ya'll recommend? I plan on using this bow to hunt with this fall.

I got to say if you have lost all your arrows while practicing and you plan on hunting this fall with this bow you should maybe put off the hunt till next year , get yourself set up correctly , find a mentor to help you in your area and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!!!!!!

How long is your draw? Can you put up a pic of the bow? GT Trad 3555s might work or so could 2018s. Hard to tell. We need a bit more info if you can give it.

From what city do you hail in good ol Virginia? I'm sure there are tradgangers near you that can help out.

Much more info will be needed. The make and model of the bow will help, but most importantly, what is your draw length? What type of arrows do you want to shoot (wood, aluminum, or carbon)? And how heavy of a broadhead do you want to shoot?

Also, if you are new to traditional archery, are you sure that your current arrows are completely wrong, or could they still be tuned to your set up? What spine are they, and how long are they? And what sort of flight characteristics are they showing?

Sorry for the long answer, but it's really just not that simple. Especially if you intend to shoot broadheads.

BTW, welcome to the gang! Buckle up, and enjoy this wild ride that we call traditional bowhunting. If you're like most of us here, you're probably already addicted. It only takes one beautiful arch of that feathered shaft to start it.

Most of the arrows were lost early on and stump shooting in tall grass. I can keep 3 arrows in a 4" group at 25 yards.

Guess I'm a slow typer. Lol. The arrow gurus will be along shortly.

I am at work at the moment so pics will have to wait until tomorrow, my draw length is 28" I was thinking of shooting 100 grain hellrazors with a 50 grain insert. I would like to shoot carbon arrows. The arrows are fish tailing to the right.
