I also have another Question....

For example, if we were to buy OTC tags for Lemhi area, and we wanted to hunt Unit 37..... Unit 37 is a controlled hunt Oct. 1 - Oct. 24.  

Could we still hunt that unit early September because it is not during October ?(which would mean you would have to have a Controlled Hunt tag in order to hunt the unit during Oct.)

Some units with controlled hunt units have other hunts as well.  Check the regs for a general season bowhunt in the same unit.
