Hey gang,

I've been looking at kanatis for a while now.
It's been hard to tell from pics, but do they have much of a thumbrest? Some pics look like there is a pretty good sized rest, some look as if it is all but non-existent.

Maybe Jason makes some with more of a rest and some with less?

I like a solid thumbrest. I had a whip with a rest and liked it a lot.

Just trying to figure out what to expect.

If any of you have a kanati with what you'd call a substantial rest, it would be great if you could post a pic.

Thank you.

Yes they have a thumb rest but its more like a cut out groove kind of like a shrew . It is not like the whip which looks to have a more pronounced glue on thumb rest but it is very repeatable.

I like to shoot Whips and Kanatis. As mentioned above....more of a cut out than a true thumbrest. I like the Kanati grip, but in a perfect world i'd like a little more meat in the thumb area. Everything else about a Kanati is awesome!

Not sure how well you can see it, but here you go.
