Hello, I just met someone that has a Wing Archery (Division of Head Ski Inc.) Falcon, Ser# FA 11395. 62" and 40#. The bow is really clean. He said he bought it when he was a teenager. Anyway i told him i would make him a string for it so he could shoot it again, boy did his eyes light up. What i need is some string specs on it. I plan on using B55.

If anyone knows a strand count and brace height i will get this guy shooting again.

I can't say for sure.  I have an older wing I use with my archery club.  I bought a basic string from 3 rivers, works perfect.  I would look at basic specs for that weight and length and he will be more than happy, and the string will be perfect.

Generally when strung, the string should just be leaving contact with the limb at the end of the string groove. A low brace will allow the string to track the limb further towards the center of the bow while a high brace will pull it out of the groove early.  Not a hard and fast rule, but a good place to start.  I prefer to have the string a bit long and twist it up to shorten it.

I'd use 12 strands of B55 but you may want to go 14, depending on the serving size/nock fit desired.
