Do these pink arrows make my butt look big?

This is my first try at cresting arrows and at splicing feathers.  They're nothing like a pro would do, but I'm pretty happy for my first time trying it.  I decided to try pink and white on these after seeing a thread on here about pink feathers last year.  One of the guys posted a picture of several colored feathers, including pink, laying in the leaves.  I was impressed by how well the pink stood out is decided it was worth trying.  I think better paint brushes would help on the cresting.  Several of the spliced feathers don't look exactly right after taking them out of the fletch ing jig.  I'm not sure why since I had them glued up nice and straight before I put them in the jig.

I figured if I was going to get picked on for shooting pink arrows, I might as well go all out and really earn it, so I bought two pink/brown flemmish strings and pink/brown whisker silencers.  Bow is a mid '60s Ben Pearson Hunter, 58", 42#@28".  I'm hoping the 190 gr Simmons Interceptors up front might help me retain my man card in spite of how fabulous I look.

Let me know what you think.  Any tips or pointers would be appreciated.

No.  It's not the arrows.  ;-)

Very nice. Something I've been wanting to try for some time.

Almost missed how nice the bow is because the arrows catch your eye...looks like some amazing zebrawood grain to me...nice find and nice work

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

Excellent job on the splicing. The pink does stick out in low light, even more than the bright orange. Just can not get excited about pink feathered arrows . Nice work, Roy
Maybe it is time to shoot what I have on the rack

Thanks guys.  This is my first try at this, but I dabble in knife making, leather work, and painting my 6yr old daughter's fingernails occasionally, so I had already built up my patience a little.

Nice - the white caps will show up great in flight!  Like a big booty does

No, your butt makes your butt look big.

Good looking arrows.  Your butt makes them look very slim.

Personally, I think they would clash with my purse, but they sure look nice. And they definitely show up well in the leaves.

Nice piece of work there.
