Guru

Got some time off today to catch up on a few things...

One thing I really needed to do was get caught up on our Miss Faith story.

I'll get right to it....

Last Saturday I ran my first ever Spartan race. So needless to say I was starting to get pretty sore Sunday morning when it was time to get up and go hit the river.

Cade had had a big day as well Saturday and decided to pass on Sunday...Big Mistake!!

It turned out to be one of my best ever bowfishing outings....I hit the spawn perfect!

A few teaser pix and a video I threw together quick...

Great video!!!!  I managed to hit the spawn perfectly like that once too, only once since I was a small kid.  What a time!  Great shooting as well.

Thanks,

Jake

Archery isn't something I do, it's who I am!
The road to "Sherwood" makes for an awesome journey.

Cool stuff Curt. I loved the video.

Miss fishing the Wally.  Nothing better for bowfishing than hitting the spawn perfect.

Congrats again!!

Very cool video Curt, I'm so use to shooting them out of a boat but your way looks like a blast. Thanks for the video and a different technique to try.

Looks like a blast!  What do you do with a mess of carp like that?

Awesome video Curt! When I was younger me and my neighbors would shot carp in our local river! We would walk the river like you do with shorts and an old pair of sneakers which we called crickers. We had a blast all summer long!

You really haven't hunted the old fashion way until you've done it from one of these Indian houses.(The Tipi) "Glenn ST. Charles"

Nice video Guru. I like the lead in and the way you made it. I didn't realize you shot left handed also. I bet all those rocks are hard on tips especially on misses.

You know you could of showed a few misses to make the rest of us feel good.

If you don't mind me asking what type of camera did you use to video this. Was it mounted on your hat or what? Good Job.
