If you won an item please send your address to the donor who listed it so that items can be packed up and readied for shipment.

When sending in your payment, please detail what amount goes for what item in which forum so that Walt and Doug can get the listing updated showing payment has been received.


Good communication is now the key between us all.

OK guys and gals here's what is gonna happen. At the deadline we will lock down all the threads then we'll go thru and list the winners with totals. Please be patient.

You will need to pay via paypal, check or M/O, written to St Jude Children's Research Hospital As we receive payments we'll post on the thread, "payment received" and that it's OK to ship items. The winner and donor will need to be in contact with each other to make sure everything happens the way it's supposed to. Paying for your treasures -

Please note If payment is not received within a couple weeks, unless ya got a pretty good excuse the next highest bidder will have the option of paying for the item. I don't want to hurt the Kid's total $ but stringing the payments out over a month or two really disrupts things.

There's a couple ways to settle up after the auction and I'd really appreciate being done within a couple weeks. Please include you real name, TG handle, LINK TO THREAD(S)and all Auction info with correspondence.

Walt and Doug have to do each one as it comes in. If floods come in, there can be a backup I'm sure.

I'm sending a check, so I know mine will be slower than paypal, but I at least know Walt will get it to where it needs to go

i sent my paypal yesterday so ill give it a few days to pop up.

I sent a paypal payment on Friday for Auction 1 and Doug posted that as being received last night (Monday night). I sent payment for Auction 3 and 4 stuff Monday a.m. and that did not show in Doug's Monday night postings.  My hunch is it takes a day or two to have St. Jude's send the paypal report to Doug and then he's got to find time to update each item here.  So yes, give it a couple of days first before worrying.
