Would a nocking point that is to high cause me the point of impact to be "Consistantly Low" ??? Thanks
Blessings,
Steve

Shaun

Nocking point affects the arrow flight. Too high or too low will cause "porposing" up and down flight. When I hit too low, its usually because that's where I pointed the arrow.

Are you using an "aiming" technique like gap or point of aim?

PastorSteveHill

No, I'm just looking at the spot and releasing... I hit 2 inches low consitently... Windage is good, just hitting low every time? I have my nock set at 7/8 ...  I shoot 3 under if that helps any...
Blessings,
Steve

PastorSteveHill,

Just a thought, you might be dropping your bow arm.

Good Luck

Could be?  I try not to but could be it?  I know when I shoot my longbow, it is just the opposite.. I seem to hit high with it... I'll figue it out sooner or later?  Just curious. It is actually a blessing right now shooting out of a tree stand, seems to be about perfect!  On the ground I'm a little low/ not much but enough it bugs me...
Blessings,
Steve

Steve, try moving your nocking point down 1/16 at a time-no more. A little does a lot.
