Just a heads up that we are moving to Twin Falls, Idaho where I was born and raised. We are moving the end of June. So I am not currently accepting new orders until I get my shop set up on the other end.

Sorry to here you are leaving us, but that is very nice country. Hoped to get together this fall. Let us know when you get settled in and are back to work.

Will do, Bob. I think it's going to be a great move for the entire family. It did mess up our hunting plans however. Charlie, thanks for the good luck wishes.

In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Happy for you, Buddy. Know the next few months will be hectic so will talk with you when either of us gets a free moment.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

Best of luck.  At least, living in Idaho you will have a lot of (winter) time to build knives.   :D

Quick question.  The knife I got from you finally needs sharpened.  What angle are your blades?

Ringneck

Hi Glenn, 20-25 should get you in the ballpark. I sharpen all my blades freehand on a paper wheel setup.
