I tried to contact KUIU but they are apperently busy so thought I might get a fast response here form guys that have the KUIU pants.

So is the attack pant made with Merino wool?

No, this is from their website:

"The KUIU Attack pant is made with a Primeflex 225g/m2 4-Way Double Weave Stretch woven fabric. This durable fabric is treated with Toray's industry leading Kudos DWR and has a brushed inside to eliminate chaffing."

Great pant though.  A buddy of mine has some and loves them

I bought a pair last year and have been impressed with them.  Their fit and their stretch, especially in the crotch area, come in handy when climbing.  The material is water resistant(not waterproof), at least to start with, and lightweight.  Pricey, but comfortable and functional.  I like 'em.  Looks like they cut their pricing a bit too just now.

Ok thanks.  Was wishing they were wool instead of poly.  I got the email stating how they are dropping prices so just was alittle more curious.
