 We were looking for a gift (me and Ed Grosko) for a friend that has us as guests on his ranch in Texas for hog hunting.  That's how I found Curt's website. Do they cut and hold an edge?

Looks like the right size and weight but I am interested in how good the steel is

The steel looks to be top quality and takes a great edge, hair popping sharp using a KME, steel and leather strap.  Haven't had a chance to dull it yet, need something to skin.
