I'd be all over this if I wasn't booked October 5th for a week in the Florida keys.  Still thinking about changing dates.

Flatshooter

Hope you can join us Terry. If you can swing the dates, I would suggest you contact Dave at Conne River Outfitters and ley him know you want to be in the Dollard' Pond Camp. Stay well, Michael

This is a great opportunity.  Where are all those guys that were dreaming about moose hunting about a month ago?

Still looking... I would really like to see this camp maxed out with 4 trad hunters.

You should change the dates - there is very little meat on those Key deer anyways.   :D

I should mention to anyone who is considering this hunt, archery is 55#s minimum. I neglected that info and assumed throughout all of my research that 50# was the minimum. Thanks Bisch for bring up the question...my bad!

Adirondack Bowman

anyone know how they measure the weight ?

Flatshooter

Good question! I've never hear of anyone getting weight checked.

Flatshooter

CORRECTION: While some NL outfitters may require hunters to draw 55# for moose, the NL Fish and Game Regs only require 20kg or 45# as a  minimum. Sorry for the misinformation in my earlier post.

VERY INTERESTED!!!!!

Sent you another PM.

Returned p.m Bisch. Hope you can make this work. Michael

Flatshooter

Good talking with you today Sam. Hope you can make it in Sept.

Well, after crunching some numbers and checking schedules, I regret to say I am out! It is just too much too fast.

I hope you fill those slots with trad guys Michael! And I hope you whack a nice bull in Sept!

Bisch

Flatshooter

Sorry to hear that Bisch, but I realize it was short notice. Perhaps we'll hook up sometime in the future. I'll post an account of the trip in Oct. Stay well, Michael

Flatshooter,  been following your post with keen interest. I too did some research on NFL outfitters. Conne is one of the best. Dang. Can't swing it this year.  Planning on booking it next so that I have time to save the $. Really appreciate your opening this up for Tradgangers. Would really like to hear about your trip when you get back. Scott
