Have some AWESOME looking bows in their inventory right now.

Just a heads up in case anyone is in the market.

I am really digging that micarta/ebony Lynx.

Maybe I'll have to take a peek! Looking for a Whip!

I got a used whip a few months back and don't know why I waited so long to get one. Those whips are one nice shooting bow.

Yup I saw the inventory the other day.  Some REAL fine lookers!  Man they have what is obviously mislabeled right hand but is actually a LEFTY ebony riser 62" Whip that is just so beautiful.  They always pick the nicest myrtle veneers.  If that bow was 64 or 66"...ooh.

Tx'- I agree 100% that RH ebony and micarta Lynx is TOPS.

The Toelkes are on my Top 5 list, zero question.  Have loved every bow of theirs that I have tried.

Generally, I don't care for three pieces but I am digging a lynx longbow!!!

That's funny. The only bows I don't really care for from Dan's shop are his three piece bows. Something about the riser just looks funky. I know for a fact that they shoot marvelously, but I can't get past the shape. I guess that's why he makes a 2 piece, right?   :bigsmyl:

^^^ the two pieces are awesome. I love the quick assmebly and the bot ensures it is the same every single time.

I do like that with the three piece you can add limbs in extra weights, and i've grown to like the extra weight....i've only owned one though

Most 3-piece bows have that issue.  Some more than others, but it seems to be the nature of the beast.  Have to focus on the function rather than the form.

I'm in the enviable position of having to pick out a new Toelke.  I have a Chinook and an SS and figured I'd choose a Whip Classic, but the Lynx with two sets of limbs is poking at me.

My SS was just ordered and I'm thinking about a whip as my  next one. They are great looking bows

Can't believe the king wood, myrtle super D is still there. If I had extra cash it would be mine, for sure.

I have been admiring that bow as well.

Hopewell Tom

Thanks a lot!

Now I can't get that mislabeled lefty Whip out of my mind. I'm going to have a Whip before the Fall. Too much good has been said about them. I had trouble with string slap on my 66" Mowhawk, but sure like the look and feel of the longbow. Also want to beat that shooting "problem". I want to try a shorter bow this time.
Now, where did I put that extra money...?

Just talked to Dan yesterday. He is going to make a set of 66" 45@28 limbs for my Lynx riser. The riser is Coco, black Phenolic with Juniper accents. I've asked Dan to select whatever lams he likes with the riser. Dan recommended highly figured, red Zebra wood lams with Coco wedges. Dan said it will look great, so I can't wait to see them.

Had to look, nice stuff!
My whip is a dream. Seems like I can hit anything with it.
