Ron, you are actually part of the continuing story...

I just got off the phone with Hidden Hunter and they are sending me a new blind. He said he checked with his sewing lady and there was no easy fix. He also said he had a blind that was supposed to go you, Ron, but he is going to send it to me instead. (sorry about that)

Anyway...he was apologetic over the phone, said I'd get a prepaid shipping label to send the other one back with and he was going to make sure that that didn't happen again.

So all's well that ends well. My problem will be fixed and I am happy with the customer service. I understand things like this happen from time to time so no harm no foul. The only person out in this deal is Ron because now he has to wait a little while to get his new blind.

Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend this blind.

That's great       No surprise on the customer service. As for the blind they were sending to me it was a stock blind for the shop so that's OK.

Good luck on your hunt..    :archer:

I was talking with the guys from Hidden Hunter at the Kzoo show as well. Great guys.
They set me up in the big blind with my 70" Echo.
Now, I am 6' 5" tall and I am sure I could get a shot off with that long of a bow, although the options might be limited.
With a shorter bow(say a 56" Shrew Classic    :D    )
I think I could do some serious shooting, from many angles.
When I saw them guys set-up and take down the blind in less than 30 seconds, I was sold.
Made is USA(Michigan is even better) like I said, Great product, great guys.

Does the Barronett 350 have tie downs?
I have a Hidden Hunter but left it out for late Deer season and when I went down to use it the fabric was torn so bad that's it not usable! Guess it doesn't like the cold temps!!!

How old is the blind, what pattern? Cold temps won't cause the material to tear. Did it collapses under a heavy snow load? Where did it tear?..   :dunno:

The new Hidden Hunter blinds are made with a cordura material called Tuff-Tec 2,..very strong stuff.

The guys at Hidden Hunter have several blinds that they leave out all season just for test purposes. One of the blinds has been set up in the woods for two years and is still in good shape.

Is it possible a limb fell on your blind?, was it tied down? If there was a failure because of materials or design I'm sure they would like to know.

I just got my Hidden Hunter in,and I sure do like it. I got in it with my 64" bow,and there's plenty of room. I can't wait to get out and try to get some turkeys, here's some pictures. It does go up and down quick. I think I'm just going to take mine home with me every time.

I have the 350, but am not that happy with it.  There are no windows in the corners, and they are a little too high IMO.  After one year of not much use, it is also starting to tear slowly at the seams.  I have felt the material on some other blinds (not sure which ones), and was more impressed with the material.  If I could do it over, I would have spend the extra $100 and got a nicer one.

The 350 that I have doesn't have anywhere to attach limbs, etc. for brushing in..
Exact same feeling with the 350 I bought!

I just bought a Barronett Big Mike blind yesterday. I set it up in the yard  and shot from it. So far it looks like a great blind with big windows in the corners. I'll see how it holds up during turkey season. It cost 1/2 as much as I paid for the piece of junk I bought from Cabelas a few years ago. It is 80 in high. I can stand up and shoot my 60 in recurve.

What do you mean by tie downs? I bought a Big Mike not a 350. The Big Mike has corner stakes and tie down ropes on all 4 sides. It is suppose to have something you can attach brush to but I don't see them on mine. They could have had better instructions as far as all the options with the windows. You may want to check there web site for more info.
