Paul is the real deal, that's the story!  He piles them up EVERY year.  I believe his Dad built that bow.  There is a thread posted in the Highlights 2014 forum with a few other pics.

Thanks guys
Here is the story

I've been shooting trad on and off since I was a young teenager. During that time I shot several does but never had any luck with the bucks. Couple years ago My dad gave me two unfinished bows and had the pleasure in turning them into works of art and to top it off I was slapping arrows with them. One of my goals this season was to shoot a mature deer buck or doe. When gun season started I laid down the compound and started up the td recurve. I had several chances on shooting some real nice deer but was not compfortable with the shots. Last week I ended up shooting a healthy 1.5 year old doe and was looking forward on trying to get a big wv doe on thursday.
Thursday comes around and I end up Setting up on two heavy trails that were headed to a cut corn field. Around 4 I saw movement and had a scrub buck headed my way. As he walked by me at a out 16 yards i saw a rack at the same spot where the scrub came from. Looked him over and said to myself if he give me the shot im going to take him. Luckily for me he walked the trail as the scrub did. Picked a spot and waited until he gave me the shot. Pulled back and let my cedar arrow fly. In awe I watched in slow motion my arrow disappear in the bucks sweet spot. The buck bolted and in about 5 trots he was on top of cliff about 80 yards away and he just stopped and fell over.
Finally a mature buck down!!
Watch out trad number 2 is out for blood
