I'm making an osage bow and a black cherry bow and was it with inspiration: Osage shaving 'curls' with a black cherry shavings in the base.

How imaginative!  Leave it to a trad hunter to find a way to use everything he's been given in very creative and exceptional ways.

The weird thing is that just as I was bringing in the shavings to make the arrangement, my True Love suggested the same idea. We were thinking the same thing at the same time.

Makes a good Fall-ish looking centerpiece.
