Well thanks for your patience on this product , it was a big project but it all finally came together and I think it was worth the wait. The new one adjusts to handle 5/16" , 11/32" and 23/64" shafts with out changing the collet. The new Nifty Nocker is also made right here in Oregon.
They are on our web site now under the arrow building tools and we will be shooting a new video for the web site this next week.
I know there have been several people that have been waiting and I promised to let you know, so here you are the new Nifty Nocker (tm). Self nocking tool.
Here is the link for the video or go directly to our Facebook page to view.

What about one that works with 3/8ths. For those of us who turn there own shafts. I have one of the originals it work great.

Ted Fry

The new Nocker tool will fit a 3/8" dia shaft with just some minor modification to the top piece, the collet will fit fine Jack .
Just drill out the top from the 23/64" Dia.and it will work fine.
We shot the video for the new tool yesterday so I will be able to post that soon.

Thanks Ted I really liked my old one until I started making own shafts and had to sand to get them to fit. Drilling out the new would be easy fix. It is a great tool and your video had some little hints I really liked to get even a better fit and nice look.

Ted Fry

Glad the video helped Jack, just like I said in the video "I like hand crafting my own gear".
I made some arrow shafts from some lodgepole pine that blew down on the ridge I used to guide on.
Looking forward to hunting with them.
