If my memory serves me correctly, I think Paul Brunner use to shoot and hunt with one of those Texas Recurves. He took a lot of game with it.

What's rare is finding one at a reasonable weight. Most are 65+.

That is a cool looking bow. I like the rest and strike plate shape.
( Might have to "borrow" that style some time..?)
