Looking at a couple longbows.  Any thoughts between the Toelke Whip and Lost Creek Life Ender??

Thanks!!

I don't think you could go wrong with either one. I've owned both. I'm a little partial to Chad Francis grips - I've never held one that didn't feel great. I don't own a chronograph, but subjectively it seemed the Life Ender was the fastest bow I've ever owned - 58" 48# @ 28". I've owned 50# bows that didn't come close to the little Life Ender. The whip had a little better finish, but that wasn't a major issue for me.

Both were comfortable to shoot and I enjoyed them both. They were both right-handers so went on their ways when I switched to lefty.

Love my Whip, it's tough to find a bad word about them.  I can't help you with the Lost Creek.

Rudderbows selfbow,1959 Herters recurve, Toelke Whip, and just added a Hoyt ProVantage warf conversion to the mix.

I have two Whips.... Both are exceptional.

Have never shot a Life Ender, but it looks more aggressive than Dan's Whip.

That being said, I believe that the few fps which may be gained isn't the most important thing in a bow, fit is.  I love Dan's bows, they just FIT me and I have never shot one that didn't shoot where I was looking.

The Whip for me , honestly the only thing in the classifieds that catch my attention anymore is a Toelke. I can't comment on the life Ender though as I've never held one.

I think both are great bows , for me i like the lostcreek lifeender best due to its forward handle , high brace height , perfect grip , and the price is very reasonable .

Mike, I think we both found a friend in that little Life Ender. I had Chad make me a left-hand Judge, but I think another Life Ender is in my future. The bows just shoot great for me.

I had an all-bocote with phenolic spacers which, if it had been a lefty, would never have gone anywhere. Beautiful bow.

The Whip is a great bow. Quick and very very quiet. The limbs are narrow, 1" wide at the fades and 1/2" wide at the tips, a standout design. Love mine!
